Therapy That Comes to You —And Actually Sticks

At The Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation, we offer mobile outpatient physical therapy—expert, one-on-one care delivered directly to you in the comfort of your home or community setting.

This isn’t home health — it’s clinic-quality physical therapy delivered in
the environment where your real life happens. That distinction matters, because therapy practiced where you actually live produces results that last.

By meeting patients where they live and move, therapy becomes more functional, more personalized, and more effective—especially for adults navigating neurological conditions, balance challenges, post-surgical recovery, or injuries that have slowed them down.

You Deserve Care That Works Around Your Life — Not the Other Way Around

If you’re dealing with neurological changes, recovering from surgery, or noticing that movement just isn’t what it used to be — you probably don’t want to sit in a waiting room, share a therapist with five other patients, and do exercises that feel disconnected from your real life.

At The Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation, your therapist comes to you. Every session is one-on-one, unhurried, and built around what you actually want to get back to — whether that’s walking confidently, getting back to the activities you love, or simply moving through your day without fear or
pain. There are no insurance restrictions dictating how many visits you get or how fast you should recover. Your plan is based on your goals, your body, and your life.

Who We Help

Sound Like You?

● You used to be active, but an injury, surgery, or neurological
diagnosis has slowed you down

● You’re recovering from a stroke, Parkinson’s, TBI, or other
neurological condition and want more than standard care

● You’ve been to PT before and it felt rushed, impersonal, or like it never fully solved the problem

● You’re noticing increasing stiffness, weakness, balance issues, or pain that’s starting to limit what you can do

● You want care that fits your schedule and comes to your home — not another appointment to drive to

● You’re done letting insurance decide what kind of care you deserve.

If any of these sound familiar, we’d love to hear your story. The first conversation is free — and it’s all about you.

What We Treat

When Your Brain and Body Aren't Working Together the Way They Should

After a stroke, a Parkinson’s diagnosis, a TBI, or years of living with a neurological condition, movement stops feeling automatic. We specialize in the connection between your nervous system and your body — helping you rebuild the strength, balance, and confidence to move through your life the way you want to.

Stop being afraid to move. We help you rebuild the stability and body awareness to walk confidently — in your home, on uneven ground, and everywhere your life takes you.

Whether you’re recovering from a stroke, living with Parkinson’s, or managing neuropathy — we specialize in helping your nervous system and body relearn how to work together. Patients who’ve plateaued elsewhere often make real progress here.

Pain that limits what you can do isn’t just a joint problem — it’s a movement problem. We address both the physical restriction and the nervous system patterns driving it, so you get lasting relief instead of temporary fixes.

Get back to the activities that matter — hiking, playing with grandchildren, traveling, or simply moving through your day without fatigue or fear. We build strength with a purpose: yours.

Wellness and Preventative Care

You insure your home.
You insure your car.
Proactive wellness is how you insure your independence and vitality.

We don’t wait for a crisis to protect what we value – your health deserves the same wisdom.

Our wellness program is not a gym program. It is a clinician-guided longevity care designed for individuals who want to stay active, independent, resilient, prevent injury, optimize balance, and protect long-term brain and body health.

These services are non-medical and not considered physical therapy. They are not billed to insurance or Medicare and are focused on maintenance, prevention, and overall movement well-being rather than treatment of a medical condition.

These programs are ideal for:

  • Active adults 45+ who want to stay that way
  • Anyone who has completed physical therapy and wants to maintain their progress
  • Individuals with early neurological symptoms who want to get ahead of decline
  • Adults recovering from surgery who want to keep moving forward after formal rehab ends
  • Anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and protect their independence — without waiting for a crisis

Programs Include:

  • Fall prevention and balance mastery
  • Mobility training for adults who want to move confidently everywhere life takes them.
  • Posture and movement optimization
  • Strength and longevity
  • Neurological wellness programs
  • Gait efficiency and confidence training
  • Functional fitness for adults who want to stay active and capable
  • Ongoing maintenance programs — on your timeline, not an insurance company’s

Wellness is not the absence of disease–it is the presence of vitality, confidence, and movement freedom.
Protecting your health is not overcautious – it is wise.

If Your Body Isn't Doing What It Used To — We Can Help

Conditions We Treat

Whether your challenges are the result of a specific
diagnosis, a recent surgery, or changes you’ve been noticing over time, we work with adults who want to move better, feel more confident, and stay independent. Below are the primary conditions we specialize in.

Neurological & Neuromuscular

Neurological conditions affect how your brain communicates with your body — which means standard PT approaches often fall short. We specialize in neurological rehab because it requires a different level of expertise and a different kind of patience

➔ Stroke recovery
➔ Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
➔ Spinal Cord Injury
➔ Parkinson’s disease
➔ Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
➔ Balance and vestibular disorders
➔ Complex gait dysfunction
➔ Neuropathy
➔ Guillain-Barre
➔ Post-surgical neurological                 recovery (i.e. brain surgery)
➔ Chronic neurological conditions
➔ Complex movement disorders
➔ Dementia / Alzheimer’s disease

Mobility and Aging Concerns

Fall Risk, Gait Instability, Weakness, Difficulty With Stairs and Walking, Age-Related Balance Decline.

Your body whispers before it falls. We help you listen.

Our Balance & Fall Prevention Services Focus On:
➔ Improving your postural stability
➔ Strengthening key muscle groups
➔ Retraining reaction and protective responses
➔ Enhancing sensory awareness
➔ Restoring confidence in daily movement
➔ Reducing fear of falling

Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Conditions

A knee replacement or hip surgery isn’t just a joint problem — your nervous system affects how well you recover. We bring a neuro-informed approach to orthopedic rehab, which means we address not just the joint, but the movement patterns and nervous system responses that determine how fully you recover.

➔ Knee and hip replacements
➔ Osteoarthritis (i.e. knee and hip)
➔ Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
➔ Gout
➔ Spine-related MSK conditions (degenerative joint disease, disc problems, back
pain)
➔ Postural dysfunction
➔ Joint instability
➔ Plantar fascitis
➔ Fractures

How We Think About Your Care

Most of our patients come to us after trying care that didn’t fully solve the problem. They’ve been to a
clinic, done the standard exercises, and still don’t feel like themselves. Here’s why we’re different.

At the Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation, we believe true healing occurs when the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and human experience are treated as one unified system.

Whole-Person Healing

We integrate advanced neurological rehabilitation with preventative wellness strategies, movement optimization, and mindfulness-based practices to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term vitality

Science-Guided Care

Our person-centred approach is grounded in modern neuroscience, motor learning strategies, and evidence-based neurological rehabilitation techniques to promote neuroplasticity, restore mobility, and empower lifelong independence.

Personalized Healing

Every patient receives individualized, one-on-one treatment in their natural environment, allowing therapy to translate directly into real-life function. We incorporate mindfulness, positive reinforcement, and guided affirmations to support motivation, confidence, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation throughout the healing process.

Movement is guided by the nervous system and supported by the body

Your Life, Restored. We don’t just treat diagnoses–we cultivate health, independence, and longevity.

Meet Eno

Care Rooted in Experience

As a child, I experienced a neurological illness that took away my ability to move freely. I know what it feels like to lose confidence in your own body — and I know what it feels like to get it back.

Physical therapy gave me my life back. With over 20 years of clinical experience and a specialized focus on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, I built The Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation to give
adults the kind of care I wish everyone had access to: expert, unhurried, personal, and delivered where you actually live your life.

When you work with me, you won’t be handed off to an aide or bounced between patients. You get me — fully present, every session.

HOW IT WORKS

Here's Exactly What Happens When You Reach Out

We start with a free phone call — no paperwork, no pressure. You tell us what’s going on and what you want to get back to.

Step 02

We Come to You

Your therapist comes to your home for a comprehensive, unhurried evaluation. By the end, you’ll have a clear plan — including how many visits we expect it will take.

Step 03

Get Back to Your Life

Every session builds toward your specific goal. We don’t keep you in therapy longer than necessary — we get you results and send you back to living.
