How It Works

No complicated intake process. No insurance forms. Just a conversation about what’s going on with you — and a clear plan to fix it.

Cash-based Concierge Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Designed Around You — Not Insurance Limits

At The Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation, care is not dictated by insurance – it is guided by you. Our concierge, cash-based model allows us to focus fully on your goals, your movement, and your long-term outcomes.

Every plan of care is thoughtfully designed around your individual needs, without the constraints of standardized visit limits or rushed sessions. This approach creates space for a more personalized, one-on-one experience – where time, attention, and clinical decision-making are centered entirely on your progress.

We’ll tell you clearly what your care will cost before your first visit — and we’ll make sure it makes sense for your situation. Many patients find that fewer, better-targeted sessions with us cost less overall than months of in-network care that never fully solved the problem.

What this means for you

The first step is a free 15-minute call. Tell us what’s going on — what you’re dealing with, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be able to do again. There’s no pressure and no obligation. We want to make sure we’re the right fit for you before we ask you to commit to anything.

Your first session is a comprehensive, individualized evaluation in the comfort of your home.
We take the time to understand not just your symptoms – but how your nervous system,
movement patterns, and lifestyle all interact.

Based on your evaluation, we create a tailored plan designed around your goals, schedule, and environment. Every session is 1-on-1 and evolves as your body adapts and progresses.
Treatment is focused, intentional, and built to create lasting change—not temporary relief. We emphasize restoring efficient movement, reducing pain, and improving confidence in your body.

We’re a private-pay practice — we don’t bill insurance directly, which is exactly why we can spend the whole session focused on you instead of on paperwork. Payment is due at each visit, and you’ll always know your cost in advance.
Depending on your plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of your cost.
We provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance carrier directly.
No surprise fees. No billing confusion. Just straightforward, honest pricing

What is Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapy

At The Nerve to Heal Rehabilitation, we offer mobile outpatient physical therapy—expert, one-on-one care delivered directly to you in the comfort of your home or community setting.

This model provides clinic-level physical therapy in your preferred environment, with longer sessions, greater flexibility, and highly personalized treatment. Unlike traditional home health therapy, mobile outpatient therapy is designed for individuals who are not medically homebound.

By meeting patients where they live and move, therapy becomes more functional, more personalized, and more effective—especially for those recovering from neurological conditions, balance disorders, injuries, or age-related mobility decline.

This is For You If

Mobile outpatient physical therapy is ideal for individuals who:

● You want a therapist who is 100% focused on you — not splitting time between four patients
● You’re recovering from a neurological condition, surgery, or injury and want expert, unhurried care
● You’ve done PT before and felt like you were just going through the motions
● You want therapy that happens where your real life happens — home, gym, or community
● You’re done letting insurance decide what good care looks like ● You have balance, fall risk, or mobility concerns and want them solved — not managed

No travel, no waiting rooms, no transportation stress. Therapy happens where you are most comfortable
